at the
beginning of the Advanced online TESOL program the candidates will be
given three e books and a hard copy of the text book
the entire course is online so a PC or laptop and net connection is
mandatory
a username and a password will be given to the trainees
the course is of eighty hours the TESOL course is divided into the ten
hours periods
the candidates have to submit all the assignments of a particular
section and then move onto the next
the assignments are reviewed and evaluated by teachers and are given to
the students with feedbacks
after completing sixty hours of course there is a review for ten hours
the trainees at the end of the course will have to write a short thesis
after the course is complete American TESOL Institute will also be happy
to provide job placement assistance
The three methods, which are used, for Advanced Online TESOL course of
ATI are Rassias Method, Total Physical Response Method and Communicative
approach.
The trainees have to install Moodle software to their computers to do
the leesons online
The candidates can post a message, chat, get teaching resources and also
watch video lectures on the site
